These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bf11 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bf11 ("bf11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bf11 website at https://bf11.bet and all associated services, features, content, and products offered through the platform (collectively, "the Service").
By accessing or using the Service in any manner — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. - You are at least 21 years of age. bf11 applies a strict minimum age of 21, which is higher than the general legal adult age in many jurisdictions. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned subject to identity verification.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
- You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or rule in your jurisdiction from accessing or using online gambling or betting services.
- You are registering, depositing, and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Use of the platform by agents or proxies on behalf of another person is not permitted.
- You have not previously had an account closed or terminated by bf11 for violation of these Terms or any prior version of these Terms.
Age Verification Policy
bf11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. If age verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period following a request, bf11 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending until verification is completed or declined.
Clause 2
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of bf11 services you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Registration Requirements
- Each eligible individual may register only one account. If you already have an account, you must not register a second account. If multiple accounts are discovered to be held by the same individual, bf11 will close all accounts except one and may confiscate funds associated with duplicate accounts.
- You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to. bf11 uses this address for account communications, verification, and password recovery.
- You must provide your real full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document. Names that do not match identity verification documents will result in account suspension.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By clicking to confirm registration, you are confirming that you meet this requirement.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bf11 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify bf11 immediately by email at [email protected].
- bf11 recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your account settings.
- bf11 support staff will never ask you for your password. If anyone claiming to be from bf11 asks for your password, treat this as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.
Clause 3
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
All financial transactions on the bf11 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the following terms. By making a deposit or requesting a withdrawal you confirm that you understand and agree to these payment terms in full.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned, subject to any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bf11 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
- Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. bf11 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit received from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated bf11 account suspended pending investigation.
- bf11 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply its own transfer fees. Please check with your provider before initiating a deposit.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This anti-money-laundering measure is in place to protect players and comply with financial security standards.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). If your account has not completed KYC verification, bf11 may delay processing your withdrawal until verification documents are received and reviewed.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus offer terms presented at the time of the offer. Players should read bonus terms carefully before claiming any offer.
- bf11 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. During this process additional documentation may be required. bf11 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests at any given time.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: bf11 is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All accounts and transactions are subject to monitoring. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities. Players must not use the platform to process funds that derive from illegal activity.
Clause 4
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
bf11 may offer bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant individual offer.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using bonus funds, or any strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from a bonus — is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player unless otherwise stated. Where a minimum deposit is required to activate a bonus, the qualifying deposit must be made using real funds (not other bonus funds).
- All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer will expire if not used within the time period stated in the offer terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- bf11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of its cancellation will not be affected by the cancellation, provided they have not yet completed the associated wagering requirements.
bf11 reserves the right to void any bonus, winnings, or free spins that it believes have been obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of system errors, or any form of bonus abuse. In such cases the player's account may be suspended pending investigation, and any funds associated with the abused offer may be confiscated.
Clause 5
Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct, and Account Termination
bf11 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bf11 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the bf11 platform, place bets, or gain an advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or table games, sharing hole cards, or coordinating bets to exploit bonus terms, is prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or in the platform itself to gain an advantage or obtain funds is prohibited. Players who discover a bug or error are required to report it immediately to [email protected] and must not exploit it.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment is prohibited. This includes using the platform to process payments unrelated to gaming, or as a vehicle for currency exchange.
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at bf11 staff, other players, or any third party connected to the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure.
bf11 reserves the right to close any account and withhold associated funds where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is engaged in prohibited conduct, pending a full investigation. Where an investigation concludes that prohibited conduct has occurred, bf11 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all associated funds without further notice.
Clause 6
Responsible Gaming Commitment
bf11 is an entertainment platform for adults aged 21 and above. bf11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools and resources to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for 48 hours to prevent impulsive limit increases. Limits can be decreased immediately.
- Time-out periods: Players who feel they need a short break from gaming may activate a time-out period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a time-out the player's account is suspended and no deposits or bets can be placed.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gaming has become a problem may request self-exclusion from the bf11 platform. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted by emailing [email protected]. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months applies.
- Reality checks: Players may enable regular session notifications reminding them how long they have been playing in a given session. These reality check notifications appear at intervals chosen by the player.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the bf11 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bf11 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the bf11 platform is the exclusive property of bf11.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bf11 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bf11 platform without the express written permission of bf11.
Clause 8
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bf11 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the bf11 platform or any part of it.
- Loss or corruption of data, including account data, transaction records, or gaming history, arising from technical faults, server outages, or other events outside bf11's reasonable control.
- Interruptions to the Service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond bf11's reasonable control including acts of nature, government action, or telecommunications failures.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the bf11 platform, even if bf11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendments to These Terms
bf11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bf11 will endeavour to notify active players via the email address registered on their account. However, it remains the player's responsibility to check these Terms regularly for updates.
Your continued use of the bf11 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].
